Pilot of real-time database usage

Description

The RTD-Pilot project continued the work done in the RODAIN project. In the RTD-Pilot we plan to implement a pilot program that uses the database prototype developed in the RODAIN project. Current plan is to use the RODAIN database to manage and possibly also to store the multimedia data.

The results of the project are applicable for example in mobile environment, especially in mixed mobile-fixed-network systems, and multimedia applications.
