The common time plan is a system for the employees of a work unit to reserve time for meetings, and to submit information on their own availability to other members of the unit. The time plan will show each person's public calendar, i.e. when (s)he will be free and when unavailable for meetings or such. Data on different groups of employees (e.g. project groups or meeting participants) can be registered in the system. The time plan will show for each group, meeting times reserved for the group, and times when all the members of a group are free for meetings. Anyone can make a reservation in the calendar of a group or of a single person. Information on the person who made the reservation and when it was made should be included in the reservation.
