Appointment time hints

Doing some remote work, so appointments may take place either face to
face in Exactum D221 or by phone. Please expect a email note or calendar
entry update on the location, sometimes fairly shortly before the
appointment. In each case, we do have means of handling the matter at
hand.

Remote days are most Wednesdays. Fluctuation on other days of the week. 

In Exactum, suitable private phone discussion rooms can be found for
example in the library private working rooms. If you have a truly
personal issue to discuss, please call at the phone times listed below
to negotiate a granted face to face time.

When the phone is busy, you can always leave a voice message or text message with
your name, number and issue keyword, so I'll call back as soon as I can.
