Information for international students
The project features two challenges which span two widespread problems in computational biology, namely variation calling and the study of evolutionary conservation based on comparative genomics. The goal is to gather knowledge about the aforementioned problems and the existing methods to tackle them, so as to build a pipeline to solve the proposed projects.
