This meeting is intended for all staff and students of the department and will be held mostly in English.

According to Section 18 of the university’s regulations,

“For each department, faculty without departments, separate institute,
and other administrative unit, a meeting for the whole staff and all
students must be organised at least once a term at the invite of the
director of the unit. The meeting will discuss shared development projects,
plan future actions, and inform about current affairs at the university.”
