An audit taskforce appointed by the national centre for evaluation of education, KARVI, will audit the work of the university. The purpose of this audit of the so-called quality system is to find ways of ensuring the quality of the university’s operations.  The international auditing taskforce will be visiting the university and interviewing staff and students on 6th-9th October.

The University of Helsinki has a quality system which is aimed at ensuring that the university acts in accordance with its mission statement, that it is known who is in charge of what, and that the university follows high standards in its work.
