Regulations of the University of Helsinki, Section 18 Unit meetings
"Each department, faculty with no departments, independent institute and other administrative unit shall organise a joint meeting between staff and students, convened by the head of the unit, at least once a term. The meeting shall discuss common development projects, plan operations and disseminate information about current issues at the University."
