It's time to have development talks and make the work plans!

Each university employee is expected to discuss their progress with
their nearest supervisor. The department development talks will be held during 2nd-30th April 2012.

To prepare for the talks and during the talks, you can either use the
department's own guide and forms or the general guide and forms of the
university.

Note:

Employees making their work plans for academic year 2012-2013 can discuss
their work plans during the development talk with their supervisor.

The work plan for academic year 2012-2013 should be made by everyone who
works according to the 1600-hours per-year total working hour schedule

(i.e. teaching and research staff except Research Assistants).
The work plans must be made by 30 April 2012.
