Itella Posti has changed its selection of pre-paid envelopes. This has the following effect on out-going mail at the University of Helsinki starting from 1 January 2013.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Only Priority envelopes marked with “Postimaksu maksettu ulkomaille, Porto betalt till utlandet” are valid in international mailing

DOMESTIC POSTAGE
In domestic mailing, all previous pre-paid envelopes are valid alongside the new envelopes that are marked with “Postimaksu maksettu Suomessa, Porto betalt i Finland”.
