According to the general collective agreement for the universities, the
evaluation discussions regarding personal performance of duties shall be
conducted in Spring 2013. In relation to the upcoming evaluation
discussions we arrange events on salary system (YPJ) for both superiors
and staff. One of these events will be held in English. In the events the
evaluation process and the new personal performance evaluation factors as
well as the evaluation process in YPJWeb will be gone through step by
step. There is a lot of new information so it is worthwhile to attend for
both new and more experienced superiors. As YPJ-superior I hope you spread
the word regarding the events for staff in your own unit.

Written instructions on evaluation discussions will be given before the
end of this year in Finnish, Swedish and English.
