The administrative building (Yliopistokatu 4) will have shorter opening hours during July. Between 1st and 31st July, it will be open at 7.45-15.00.

The registry in the administrative building will be closed 15 July – 2 August. During that time, the porters in the administrative building will receive any incoming documents in the hallway of Yliopistonkatu 4 during the opening hours (7.45-15.00).

While the registry is closed, there will be no service there or registration of incoming or despatched documents. All units are requested to avoid setting deadlines for documents that need registering (such as applications for vacancies and tenders)  during this period of time.
