Elections for occupational safety representatives for the term from 1 Jan 2016 to 31 Dec 2019

The nomination of candidates for the elections (occupational safety representatives, their deputies as well as staff representatives for the occupational safety committees on campuses) will begin on 14 October and end on 20 October 2015. The forms for the nomination of candidates can be found on the election pages on Flamma: https://flamma.helsinki.fi/en/forms-for-the-nomination

Each candidate must be nominated by at least three persons with a valid right to vote in the elections (University employees). The nomination forms must be submitted to the Registry no later than 20 October 2015 by 15.45. The election committee will note the names of candidates as well as the names of any representatives appointed without an election (if the number of candidates did not exceed the number of members to be elected) at its meeting on 21 October 2015. The elections for occupational safety representatives will be held from 3 to 5 November 2015. The voting system will be open from 9.00 to 17.00.
