Students

There are around 1950 students registered at the Department of Computer Science. About 20% of them are female (October 2008). There are around 1600 undergraduates doing their BSc degree, and 273 working on their MSc degree. There are about 75 postgraduates. The annual quota of undergraduates to be admitted is 130 new students (in 2008) as confirmed by the university senate. Some 20-40 new students are admitted through separate application and on the basis of earlier credits. The annual statistics are available in the annual reports of the department.
