Report your publications and activities for 2014 in Tuhat - DEADLINE 25.1.2015

Dear All,

This concerns all personnel at the Department of Computer Science and HIIT-Kumpula.

Please report your publications and activities for 2014 in the research information system Tuhat NOW! It is important that everyone makes sure that his/her publications and any other information in Tuhat is up-to-date, because funding that we get from the Ministry of Education is partially based on the information available in Tuhat, and any missing publications and other information means loosing a part of our funding.

The Kumpula campus library imports refereed 2014 papers from the Web of Science into the TUHAT database. However, the researchers are responsible for checking these publications and importing themselves any other remaining 2014 papers (like non-refereed papers) into TUHAT by the 25th of January, 2015. They also remain responsible for saving all of their activity and project information. Below this message are short instructions for the updates. Please, try to give the information concerning your publications and activities as correct and accurate as possible! See more detailed information on the reporting in Flamma at https://flamma.helsinki.fi/portal/home/sisalto?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=content_view&contentId=HY291034&placeId=HY278238.

Best regards,

Pirjo Moen
