Human Resources Development and Occupational Wellbeing offers annually training for researchers how wants get to a new level with negotiation skills and wants to develop lobbying, networking and communication skills. Training will give you some useful  tools for how to convince people, funding committees and your colleagues etc. You will have new ideas of how to build trust quickly with new contacts inside and outside Academia.
