This an open call for proposals for organising ECML and/or PKDD in 2003. Proposals should be addressed to the program chairs of ECML/PKDD-2002. Special attention will be devoted to proposals for co-locating and co-organising ECML and PKDD in 2003. All proposals will be presented and discussed at the business meeting of ECML/PKDD-2002, which takes place on Thursday 22 August. A representative from the proposing institution is expected to be present in the business meeting to introduce the proposal. The decision as to the location, time and format of ECML and PKDD in 2003 will also be made then.
