Hecse Autumn School 29-30 October 2009

Introduction

Hecse autumn school will this year be held at Solvalla college of physical education in Espoo. Hecse students, supervisors, instructors and support team members are invited to join the school where both students and professors will give presentations.

Thursday 29 October
8:30 	Bus from Helsinki (in front of Kiasma museum) via Espoo (TKK
	(Konemiehentie 2 at 9:00) to Solvalla

9:30 	Arrival and breakfast at Solvalla, in the canteen; 
	probably rooms available, single rooms (but if you want, yuo
	may share also), all rooms have shower and toilet.
	Internet connection in the canteen not to be trusted

10:15	Welcome and presentations, in the gymnastic hall

	Ville Oksanen: Immaterial rights and information technology - a 
	look at topical themes (presentation)
	
	Group discussions on IPR for software
	
12:00	Lunch

13:00	Quadruthlon, outdoors

15:00	Break and coffee for students, in the canteen

15:00	Board meeting and coffee for board members, in the meeting room 

15:15	Preparation for poster exhibition, in the hall for ball games

16:00	Poster exhibition

18:00	Dinner, in the canteen

18:30-20:00	Lakeside sauna, please bring your towel from the room; swimming
	in the lake! Refreshment drinks at the sauna. If you do not want to go
	to the sauna, Gillet is open already at 19:00.

20:30	Sausages and vegetarian sticks, in Gillet in the main building,
	refreshment drinks
