I've got an internal ide zip 250 driver using the
ide-scsi driver. The disk probably got worn out and
now when I read a particular sector of the disk or
do /sbin/e2fsck -c I get an infinite loop of with
console message

scsi0: ERROR on channel 0, id 0, lun 0, CDB: 0x03 00
00 00 40 00
Info fld=0x3af9e, Current sd08:05: sns = f0 3

I/O error: dev 08:05, sector 241418

The kernel keeps trying, e2fsck is not in the process
table and the driver does not eject the disk so the
only remedy is to reboot the box. I'll keep the
defected media if a patch is provided to test against
this problem.
