BT878 audio dma

Hi Gerd,

When compiling kernels from Alan's -ac tree, i.e. 2.4.8-ac5, and configuring
CONFIG_SOUND_BT878=y, I completely lose the ability to play sound on my
machine over my Emu10K1 soundcard. The kernel log contains the following
message over and over again:

kernel: btaudio: stereo=1 channels=2

When compiled as a module, the module is never auto-loaded and therefore
sound works fine. The relevant info for my card is below - if more info
is required, let me know.

Regards,
Udo.
