If you think GB == 1024^3, then please go "correct" all the disk
manufacturers out in the world. They just sent me 1GB of disk and
it's coming up as 1000000000 bytes. Please help! They have no
option for GiB!!!
It's already clear that the terminology is internally inconsistent, now we
can either clarify it or live with the existing confusion.
