APIC error on CPUx

Hello,

I just got the following message in syslog:
Jan 13 14:35:00 firelog kernel: APIC error on CPU1: 00(02)

And from what I saw in the source it seems to be something bad that
shouldn't happen. Could someone explain this?

I am using kernel 2.4.18-pre3 with the latest ext3 patch especially for
this release.
