Ingo's O1 scheduler, against 2.4.19-pre1-ac1

Good day, Alan, Ingo,
I repatched Ingo's O(1) scheduler (K3) against 2.4.19-pre-ac1.
The resulting patch, for any that are interested in trying it, is at

This is NOT an official release - the official site is still
