init error

Hi,
I'm trying network booting of linux system.In that
after loading kernel image and root file system, it
gives error as:

***************************************
init: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6:
ELF file OS ABI invlid.
***************************************

Can anybody tell me what this error means...
