Trivial PATCH: linux-2.5.20/include/linux/blkdev.h - BLK_DEFAULT_QUEUE needs parentheses

The definition of BLK_DEFAULT_QUEUE in
linux-2.5.20/include/linux/blkdev.h needs parentheses. Otherwise,
expressions like "DEFAULT_BLK_QUEUE(major)->queuedata" generate
compiler errors.
