[TRIVIAL] Squash warnings in fs/partitions/check.c

Linus, please apply. This removes a bundle of unused variables from
fs/partitions/check.c:devfs_create_cdrom(). Some of them,
confusingly, were unused because they were overriden by variables with
the same name in an inner scope.
