Events:
The USB mouse is connected to port 1
After boot the mouse works
I remove the USB mouse, then re-insert it in port 1
The mouse turns on the LED 3 times, then off, the mouse does not work.
I remove the USB mouse, then re-insert it in port 1
The mouse turns on the LED 3 times, then off, the mouse does not work.
I remove the USB mouse, the insert it in port 2
The mouse works
I remove the USB mouse, then re-insert it in port 2
The mouse turns on the LED 3 times, then off, the mouse does not work.

I remove the USB mouse from port 2, then re-insert it in port 1
