have a problem... with latest 2.4.20-rc1 kernel.

Without any active process - works good, but if i try recompile kernel -
it's hangs. Hangs wothout any messages. NMI watchdog not help.

PS: what mean 'PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 4 of device 00:12.1' ?
