Oops. Looking at README.kerneld in the modutils-2.1.55 source, I see that it's
already done. Sorry - I plead stupidity. :)

I'll go play with making the sound drivers use it.

Is everyone else who posts to linux-kernel getting their own mail sent back to
them from dgii.com?
