I've run into a slight glitch with the configure scripts for the sound
driver in 2.1.71. With the new modular sound driver code, it was not
possible to set options which depended on another option being set to
"y". This patch fixes those cases and also cleans up the file quite a
bit (by combining options under a single if-then-fi clause).
