No, you're not.

I've just tried 2.1.71 and noticed that even if I ifconfig down an
interface the route is not deleted (just the Up flag is removed). And
there're also other problems with ipv4:

- ifconfig interface pointopoint is not working (netmask has to be
supplied and ifconfig interface doesn't show POINTOPOINT).
- ifconfig isdn1 131.246.176.38 -arp -broadcast netmask 255.255.255.0
creates two routes: one with netmask 255.255.255.0 and one with
netmask 255.255.0.0
- with 2.1.70 (didn't try this with 71) I managed to get a kernel oops
just doing cat /proc/net/route :-(. (see my mail on linux-kernel)

I'm back to 2.1.67 until those problems seem to be solved.
