Oh.. how do you get the mad16 module to work? If I follow the
standard kernel configuration procedure, the resulting mad16.o 
won't insert complaining about undefined symbols "sb_...". Do I
have to build and insert the SoundBlaster support separately 
(I know MAD16 driver uses code from the SB driver)?

Could someone who's got MAD16 working with 2.1.71 send me their
sound configuration, i.e. the answers to the sound config prompts?
