Problem with the very annoying new console code.. <g>

Well when the screen has to scroll down(eg. its full). the new lines
appear _slow_. This is very annoying. This bug appeared between 104
and 107. Also i find software cursor option in Configure.help
but it doesnt seem to be a configuration option in xconfig and
menuconfig(maby config too)..
