it goes wrong...

Hello,
First, I use a 2.1 kernel version (exactly 2.1.114).
I've got a Creative Labs CDROM CD-563 (x2).
When I use the version 2.0.xx of the kernel, all is right. But with this
version, when I do a 'mount /dev/sbpcd /cdrom -t iso9660 -o ro', the light
turns on and the kernel crashes (no mouse, no keyboard, no message).
I'm not using XFree, I'm just in normal text mode.

The problem could come from the fact that I activated SMP in the kernel.
I've send a mail for that, and I'm waiting for the answer.

Sorry for my english, I'm French (...)

PS:My real address is there, I didn't have the time for setting the right
'From' address in Pine...
