I've had no problems booting 2.3.12 on my Sony VAIO 505tx laptop..
What tools are you using to boot? Lilo?
Hmm... that's very interesting. Yes, I'm using LILO v21 (came with
RedHat 6.0). What's the configuration of your machine? I have 128 meg
of memory, and 6 gigs of hard disk. Unfortunately I'm typing this
message on the VAIO, so I can't check the BIOS revision on mine; what
does your say? I'm trying to see what might be different between your
setup and mine....
