Frame Relay on Linux

Hello,

I remember that a while ago there was a thread here talking about the
development of Frame Relay on Linux. IIRC, there were two people (or two
groups) developing it separately, and they decided to join their efforts
... or something like that.

Well, I'd like to know more about this. Does anyone here know the
e-mail(s) for this(ese) person(s) ?? If someone could let me know that,
I'd really appreciate it.
