I recently installed 2.3.15 pre 2 and when I rebooted my computer,
although my routing table was correct, I was not able to ping outside of
my machine. I tried to ping to a local IP (10.1.1.2) and my default
gateway. Both NICs are working, and when I rebooted, everything was
working fine (didn't change a thing).
