NAT problems in 2.3.36pre5

# ipnatctl -L
cat: /proc/net/ip_nat_rules: No such file or directory

# pwd
proc/net
# ls
ls: ip_nat_r­: No such file or directory
arp dev_mcast ip_conntrack packet route rt_cache sockstat udp
dev dev_stat netstat raw rpc snmp tcp unix

# ipnatctl
Too few options.
ipnatctl v0.1.14

I now have the filter rules working fine. NAT does not work... it seems the
above shows the problem. I do now know what kind of problem this is...
