I have the same system.
Have you tried updating the bios of the mobo to the latest
version? I had a lock-up problem with a diamond s220 videocard
installed when scrolling, got fixed by updating the mobo-bios.

haven't seen that message. what kernel gives you these?
what bios are you using?
scsi or ide system?

try removing ALL ide stuff; ide seem to make this motherboard
unstable :-( (at least; in my experience (aopen 32speed cd-rom
player))
