No. It's a joke, like the whole silly argument about whether the
christian calender rolls over in 2000, 2001, 1994, or 1996.
By the time the Pascal millenium rolls around (another 51 weeks
of nonstop whining, I'm afraid) the whole Black Knight routine
will have gotten fairly stale, but that's life.

In any case, please watch your damned attributions and don't credit
me for statements that other people have made.
