BP6 lockup on 2.3.35 SMP with diagnostics

Abit BP6 just locked up on 2.3.35 SMP. Magic SysRQ worked, nothing
else did. Log captured via serial console (ksymoops 2.3.3 is my beta
code).

Looks like it is looping in BIOS.

The hang occured on "mount /cdrom", the only other code running was a
couple of ssh sessions to access the box and two copies of rc564. The
machine was not running X at the time, however I had been testing the
X3917 snapshot a few minutes earlier. There were a couple of APIC
errors in the log but they occurred hours ago.

Dual Celeron 466, not overclocked.
128Mb PC100 RAM.
ASUS SC875 SCSI, no IDE.
Trio 64/V2 video.
Macronix 98715 PMAC rev 32 10/100 Ethernet, using tulip 0.91u driver.
CPU temps 33C, System temp 39C, the BX chipset is cool to the touch.
