I finally finished the merge of my CD/DVD patches and Andre' IDE
patches for the 2.2 series. Now you can enjoy DVD even with your
new Ultra66 controller.
Patch is against 2.2.14-pre18. I will keep it synced with Andre'
future changes and 2.2 kernels.
