In 2.3.x I rewrote shrink_mmap to work with a real page-LRU and I also
used an MM pressure algorithm linear that should behave similarly to the
one I developed in the no-swapout patch. If the 2.3.x algorithm doesn't
work well for you let me know. thanks!
