kgdb-2.3.35

A new versoin of kgdb for Intel architecture is available.  You can download
it from ftp://www.gcom.com/pub/linux/src/kgdb-2.3.35/kgdb-2.3.35.tgz.

This one has been tested on kernel version 2.3.35.  It incorporates loadable
module debugging assistance from Edouard Parmelan and the ability to enter the
debugger at boot time from Scott Foehner.

Now, if we could only just get Linus to put this patch into the Intel
architecture of the standard kernel source, as it is for the other
architectures, .....
