APM power down success in 2.3.37

I just tested CONFIG_APM_REAL_MODE_POWER_OFF in 2.3.37 and it "Does The
Right Thing (tm)" in my system (TI5VG+, MVP3, K6-450). This is the
first 2.3.X version which works correctly for me. Thanks!
