Bad if you want to burn CD-Rs or re-format floppy disks. I'll never
remember the correct path to the raw device. Had several hangs playing
audio CDs, too. There are some mixed mode CDs on my shelf, first track
is a data track (eg ISO image with some software) padded with audio
tracks to have fun after install :-)
