it is a pleasure to work with Linus - one has to rewrite the same thing
twice a day which makes one learn all the ways of doing things :)
Ok, I will look at rewriting it as a sysctl thing - I need to look at
the current state of /proc/sys interface - Al Viro said a long time ago
that it is very clean - let's see...
