[2.3.47pre3] alt-sysrq works in 2.2.14, but not in 2.3.44+

Noticed it a while ago and thought that my keyboard was going. Yet when I
boot back into 2.2.14 all is well. Anyone else seen this? I'm gonna
start digging.
