They are a good isp for folks that know what they are doing.
No, I am not using them right now because my internet service is
subsidized by my significant other's employer and they had Pac Bell put it
in. I have used Idiom in the past, though. They even let me have a
nailed-up 24x7 ppp connection with a /29 routed through it (back in the
days before DSL) at one point.
