If you don't like kapmd screwing up "idle" time, then don't enable
CONFIG_APM_CPU_IDLE. On my ThinkPads, it doesn't seem to affect battery
life anyways. Personally, I like idle time to be a useful measure
without having to add kapmd's time to it.
