Please remember that the appication process has two steps: First, you have to submit the first application to the Department for an exchange position. Next, if the department approves your first application and allocates you for exchange, you have to sublmit a second application to the hosting university following their application procedures. Please check the application deadlines of the hosting university from their admission pages. The deadline for the first application is usually several weeks before the deadline of the second application at the hosting universities.

The department has currently Erasmus agreements with the institutions listed in the table below. The number of months in the Students column is usually more significant than the number of students, so that instead of sending one student for ten months, two may go for five months.

Please note that the information concerning the Academic year (semesters) is indicative only. Always check the exact dates and study periods from the hosting university. Check also the dates when the applications are due. The department does not guarantee the accuracy of this information because it would require constant polling.  

The subjects to study and the courses/modules available for exchange students must be checked from the hosting university. Note that there may be changes in the teaching programme and the available courses between the time when you submit your application (e.g. spring) and when the new academic year starts (e.g. fall).
